According to Meta Platform rules, we provide this page to explain how users can request the deletion of their personal data collected through our Automation Platform application (App ID: 1400849152018499).
Our Data Retention Principle: We only store access tokens and basic metadata required to publish scheduled posts to authorized accounts. We do not sell, distribute, or retain personal data longer than necessary for publishing tasks.
Option 1: Remove App via Facebook / Instagram Settings
You can revoke access and delete permissions directly from your Meta account:
Go to your Facebook profile’s Settings & Privacy → Settings.
In the left sidebar, click on Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
Locate Automation and click Remove.
Check the box to delete all posts, videos, or events that the application has posted on your behalf (if desired) and click Remove.
Option 2: Request Full Data Deletion via Email
If you wish to have all stored metadata, logs, and authorization tokens permanently deleted from our database:
Send an email to our support team with the subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Name / Page Name]
Include your Facebook Page ID or Instagram username associated with the account.

Confirmation of Deletion
Once your request is received, all associated access tokens, historical identifiers, and scheduled database entries will be permanently removed from our active databases and backup systems. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
